The IAFF Partnership Education Program (PEP) will be holding a series of human relations trainings online by Zoom over three consecutive days. Registration on the IAFF website is required.

About the event
The 2024 July PEP/Human Relations Online event is scheduled for three consecutive Tuesdays in July (7/9, 7/16, and 7/23) from 12:30–5 p.m. (Eastern Time). A Zoom link will be emailed directly to participants prior to the event. The cut-off date to mail out materials to locals for students in the USA is June 14th. A modified electronic version or locked PDF will be emailed to all participants that do not meet the deadlines by July 10th for July 11th training.
Workshops:
The Human Relations – Introduction to Local HRC Track includes two workshops: 1). Local Human Relations Committee: Getting Started; 2). Local Human Relations Committee: Next Steps.
The Human Relations – Making Connections Track includes two workshops: 1). Teamwork and Inclusion; 2). Generational Differences.
The Human Relations – Going Further Track includes 1). Fire Station Facilities; 2). Understanding Pregnancy and Parental Rights and Accommodations.
